Great location, excellent sea view. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious and wide variety breakfast. Exceptional value for money. Spacious and well-furnished rooms. Top-class services for a 4-star hotel. Convenient parking spots available
Nothing, all excellent.

The location is perfect, right at the beach, although also on the main street, which is quite noisy, but the rooms are really soundproof, so once you close the door, there is no sound coming from the street. The central air-conditioning is functioning perfectly. The rooms (and hotel) are kept very clean, and the staff is polite and helpful. They speak English and some of the regional languages. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is free WiFi in the room. The beds and umbrellas are free for hotel guests.
There is free satellite tv in the room, which shows only the free channels, which means (too) many Arabic ones, but no one really watches tv when on vacation :) Also, the exit from the hotel underground parking is steep and a bit difficult to maneuver, but the hotel staff is kind enough to offer assistance.

brand new hotel, great location right in front of the beach, helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room with sea view, amazing breakfast
the beach clubs nearby were very noisy at weekends but the rooms were soundproof, you couldn't hear the noise with the windows closed :)

The hotel was located right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views without having to walk far. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our Christmas stay very enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the indoor pool and jacuzzi, which provided additional relaxation options during our stay.
The lack of variety in the food offered. We found ourselves eating the same dishes every day, which can get boring.

We had a studio for 3 people and it was great - two separate rooms, two balconies, two lcd TVs, two fridges - in one word - very very comfortable. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel very much. We even had freshly made orange juice every morning and a great dinner for our last night there. And a free first drink at dinner by our choice. Realy great hospitality! The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is excellent. Also, there are many nice tavernas around the hotel, where we had excelent fresh fish and excelent greek dishers. And very important - the rooms are realy soundproof, and airconditioning is excellent, so it does not matter that the hotel is close to many beach bars.
This is not a complaint, but we wish there were some entertaintment english speaking channels on tv. Although, one can very well manage without a tv in the holidays.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel situated right on the beach. This place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff here is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, especially Anna, Athena, Michaela. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh products and dishes. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The beach was clean and well-maintained by the hotel staff. this hotel ensured a delightful and relaxing stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location of the hotel was one of the best - closeness to Halkidiki beaches and Thessaloniki (airport, Cosmos, Mega Outlet, Center of Thessaloniki.. Delicious food, breakfast was wonderful (with fresh orange juice), dinner as well (first drink included in price).Take the half board it is worth money you are giving. Staff was unbelievable- manager Kosta patiently answering all questions, Eftimi and Michaella with their smile and knowing several linguages,The room was clean- great view to the sea. One of the best holidays in past 10 years. Umbrellas and beds are free if you buy a drink and you get a free bottle of water. Free underground secure parking place. Great hotel- recommending to everyone.
The beach is not private for the hotel guests, many families with kids are coming from other hotels in the neighborhood. At the end of June the sea is freezing so you can't even enter the water. The way to the beach is crossed by the road- you can not avoid the cars with loud music even during the night.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach in the centre of town. We loved the breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide selection of options. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also exceptional, from the rooms to the common areas. We appreciated the private parking and the designated person for beach services. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.
Can't think of anything.

Very kind and helpful staff. Loved the beach view from our from the balcony of our room, which was very clean, large, comfortable with a great bathroom, big beds and brand new furnitures. Sunbeds and beach umbrellas were available for free. We also enjoyed the cheap bar on the beach : drinks and snacks are brought to you directly to your sunbed. Definitely the best accomodation in Nea Kallikratia. Very recommended!

nice and polite staff, modern furnished and clean rooms, Location of the hotel (20m to the beach), no extra fee for sunlodgers on hotel owned beach, definitely 4 star quality, maybe the best hotel in Chalkidiki
Quality of breakfast improvable, Nea Kallikrateia is not really an attraction

The short distance to the beach. The inside pool.
The noise in the night due to discos very close.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
